What is The Mindful Little Mama?

It's an online mindful parenting membership. But more than that, it's a step-by-step system that will help you move away from punitive parenting practices, and towards mindful, intentional parenting that focuses on connection, skill building and nurturing emotional intelligence. 

You can expect:

You can go entirely at your own pace and stay for as long as you like. Plus, I've intentionally designed the content to ensure you'll never have to spend more than 1 hour per week (or around 10 mins per day) on your learning. After all, I want you to have plenty of time to put it into practice!
